All of our USB Flash Drives can be preloaded according to your particular specifications. There are many applications that are suitable for use in all sectors from education to corporate organisations. We can preload almost any type of file for our clients. The most popular preloaded files are: Powerpoint Presentations, Movie Clips, Product Catalogues, Images, Word Documents, PDF documents, Excel Spread Sheets and much more.

If you don't have time to pre-load and configure the content for your usb let us do it for you, we can preload the data files for you. Menu Prompt Autorun

When users insert their flash drives, a Window's default menu-prompt will feature a custom option, pointing the user to access your content. This is great for getting your message across without appearing too aggressive.

Autorun

The autoplay/autorun feature is the most direct data option available. As soon as the end-user plugs in your USB flash drive, it will automatically launch your website, presentation, media or data content.

Non-Erasable Content

Make all or some of your preloaded content files non-erasable by locking them onto the drive in a partitioned section; your PC will treat this section of your USB Flash Drive the same way as if you were trying to erase a CD that was write protected.

Password Protection

With a simple password, we can protect a partition or the entire usb drive for sensitive or piviledged information.  If the USB flash drive is lost or stolen, your data will be safe and will remain confidential.

Custom Icon Creation

A customized icon to replace the default folder icon associated with your USB Flash Drive. A very popular option for Portable Media Player orders, value-added resellers, and software/media distributors.

Hidden Files

Choose to have certain files hidden from normal user access, such as support files that may confuse the user more than getting your message delivered clearly.

Partitioning your USB drives

If you would like your content pre-loaded onto a section of the drive that you would like to make undeletable, we can partition the drive into two sections. One can be pre-loaded with your data and the other can be used for clients to store their own data.

If you do not need data to be permanent or may need to change or update the content we strongly advise not to use the write protection option as this cannot be changed once it has been made permanent.
